The free golf instructor package includes several features allowing you to increase your online presence, manage all of your bookings from anywhere, define lessons, schedules and clients as well as creating journal notes on each student. The following describes the features in detail.

Online Profile

Each instructor receives their very own profile. This profile is a page on our website that students can visit and perform a variety of actions such as viewing your biography, inspect the lessons available and associated pricing, view your location on Google Maps, make a general enquiry with you or book a lesson direct. The paid package also allows you to take payments directly using PayPal.

Lesson Booking System

The booking system is at the heart of the application. You can specify the times you are available (such as Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays until 9pm during summer, but on Fridays until 5pm during winter), the lunch time and duration, the gap between lessons (for example, you may need 15 minutes to prepare for lessons), holidays and many other resources.

You can view your lessons either by a detailed list of lessons by day, or by using a calendar showing the next 7 days.

The paid package adds more features, such as SMS text message communications to reduce the number of students not turning up to your lesson. Additionally, we have added complete Google Calendar integration meaning you can view your lessons, together with the pro shop diary all in one place.

Unlimited Students

You can add all of your existing students into our database, there is no limit. In addition, each new student registering online will automatically be associated with your account. You may take a report of all students together with contact information which will easily import into your Google Contacts.

Unlimtied lessons

We cater for all types of lessons including one on one single lessons, block lessons (such as a 6 lesson package), special offers (such as 6 lessons for the price of 5) and junior lessons. The paid package will also allow you to arrange group lessons online and invite students to the lesson.

Student Notes

Add a note journal to each student allowing you to easily track a students progress. In addition, you can optionally send a student note directly to the students email address. There are no limits on the amount of notes you can add to your student accounts.
